DATIVE is an innovative startup specializing in SaaS software for managing fleets of connected objects. In close collaboration with the development team, I had contribute to the creation of the design foundation, with a mission to conceptualize, validate, and optimize the user experience.
Our product is tailored to meet the specific needs of various sectors: DAT Mountain for ski resort operators, DAT Product for serial equipment manufacturers, DAT Power for optimizing energy performance, among others.
As the sole UX Designer, my responsibilities included playing a crucial role in building the web application, collaborating closely with the development team. My tasks included project framing, user research and evaluation, ideation, and design production.
My activities also encompassed project management and participation in various team rituals, such as SWOT and Lean UX workshops, functional tree design, user interviews, benchmarks, prioritization workshops, as well as creating wireframes, high-definition mockups, and prototypes. Finally, I ensured development tracking and conducted user tests to ensure alignment between the final product and user needs.
Outside the application, I built and developed (front-end: html-css, bootstrap, wordpress) a onepage showcase website for Dative.
